Becoming Grit&Grace
Why now?
The Lockdown challenge – a little thing I dreamt up for my family to encourage reflection and motivate physical activity as we were once again placed under lockdown due to COVID-19. I challenged my family (and a few very loyal friends) to a new challenge every day for 30 days. Each day I would send a text depicting a physical challenge, as well as a thought provoking question or reflection. One of the questions was to identify an objective for yourself in 2021.
Mine was to write my first blog.
Grit&Grace has been swimming around in my head for a while, but the lockdown challenge has helped my bring the dream to life!
Hoping that my reflections resonate with others – and in the true spirit of the village raising the child – we can bolster each other to manoeuvre around life’s downturns and detours.
